Sura al Noor 4

True believers:
If the conditions are met, they will observe the limits completely without any hesitation and pity.
The true believer does his work in enforcing the limits without any regard and by doing so, it prevents suspicion. Even for those who are subjected to slander.
Weak believers
They act kindly to execute the limits. They spread rumors and have suspicions. Sa person who has a bad relationship has three states:
1. Implementation of the verdicts applies to him
2. The execution of sentences does not apply to him ( nor is it recommended that one confess to sin)
Basically, they have been slandered, and if they try to prove their innocence, the image of society becomes uglier, so they are invented to remain silent about this.
In any case, God's grace also includes a damaged religious society, so don't get angry soon. Remember that everything is in God's hands.
It's a mistake that people go to non- religious communities. Relocation to the religious community is okay but leaving the religious community is not recommended. Even rich people are not advised to cut off their charity about the poor (ones) who have rumors about them. We don't even have any doubts about them, and if they are poor, we have to help them. Even if the poor people themselves, cause others to doubt them, wealthy people should not cut off their aid.
Individuals of society when they reach the level of Ijtihad ( the highest degree in Islamic jurisprudence ) and executing the sentences, their opinions are preferred to the opinion of Marjae( a person can issue the religious injunction).
They do not know the religious laws and act according to the custom.
Secondly, they do not execute the sentences or show inadequate sensitivity to different verdicts.
For reasons that make it clear that the government must be popular, al- Noor surah is. The government must be done with heart and soul. The government must be formed and the head of the rule be the jurisconsult/Imam to enforce rulings.
A surah that purifies the imagination is al-Noor surah.
God doesn't even allow you to talk about someone you suspect. God says you have no right to do so.
99 percent of the differences are due to the pollution of the imagination. If a society cannot control his imagination, it is exposed to follow in satan's steps.
The principle is that you don't think something that bad has happened and know it Khair (good) not bad.
This matter is important not to be silent. It may be an excuse to deepen the mind's relationship to instinctual and sexually intense thoughts. If one can purify himself about sex issues, he will certainly reach the truthful position.
On the condition of controlling in instinctual and gendered spaces, God has placed great mercy and Khair (good). If one raises his or her control over instinctual issues, he or she will gain control over everything.
The religious community, even if it hurt, God's grace and mercy are with that community.
Damaged religious community is valuable to the non- religious community which has all the technology because of the grace of God is prevalent in that community.
